Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets by upselling products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in tele sales or related field.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (verbal).
• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
