Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to credit cards.
• Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions for cross-selling opportunities.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in work performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 years of experience in BPO sales, telemarketing, or telesales industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in banking sales, credit card sales, inside sales, voice processing techniques.
