Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO sales or related field (telemarketing, credit card sales).
• Strong voice processing skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work on inbound calls handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as CRM software.
