Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions with customers.
• Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling products/services to existing clients or identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong voice processing abilities for effective interaction over the phone.
