Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers in a timely manner.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Good English communication skills are essential for this role.
• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment preferred but not mandatory.
