Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in tele sales or related field (customer service).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong understanding of insurance industry trends and products/services.
