Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Process credit card applications, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 years of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken) with excellent verbal fluency.
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
• Basic knowledge of credit card sales processes.
