Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall business objectives through effective communication and coordination.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales environment.
• Excellent English language proficiency (spoken & written).
• Strong convincing power to close deals over phone calls.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
