Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (verbal).
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving queries promptly.
