Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls.
• Meet daily sales targets by upselling/cross-selling products to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Provide excellent verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in telesales or related field.
• Strong English and Hindi language proficiency (verbal communication).
• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
