Tele Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions with customers.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or telecalling industry.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work on voice processes using computer software applications (e.g., CRM systems).
• Basic knowledge of banking operations or insurance products would be an added advantage.
