Tele Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of investment products, including Equity, F&O, Commodity, PMS, Bonds, FD, Insurance, IPO, Stocks, Mutual Funds and alternative investments
• Will be responsible for onboarding customers for Equity and Mutual Funds
• Assess client needs and suggest customized recommendations to enhance their experience with our products and services
• Proactively reach out to clients to assess their needs and gather feedback
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and changes in investment products to provide informed advice
• Act as a trusted partner, providing insights and support to help clients open their Demat and Trading accounts
• Identify opportunities for account growth and present solutions that align with client objectives
• Track and document client interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed guidance to clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
