Job Description
CubNesto is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Manager to drive sales of our mother and baby care services. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, international sales experience, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert sales opportunities.
- Explain CubNestos services, including Japa Maid, Newborn Care, Nanny Services, Pediatric Nurse, and Home Nursing Services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Convince prospective clients, handle objections, negotiate within approved pricing, and close leads at defined prices.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Monitor team performance and support sales team members in achieving their targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales management.
Mandatory international sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and manage sales leads effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong customer-handling and team-management skills.
