Job Overview:-

We are is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales / Inside Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in tele sales or inside sales, and the ability to convert leads into customers through effective engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Explain products and services to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads received through marketing campaigns, references, and databases.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
• Regularly update sales reports and pipeline status.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Sales Support.
• Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Wellness, Insurance, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
