   We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele sales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
   Key Responsibilities
   
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, offers, and pricing.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare daily call reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
  
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Previous tele sales or tele calling experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
