Job Overview

*We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Customer Support Associate to join Metal Mandi. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product and pricing information, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective follow-ups and business development*

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain Metal Mandi’s products and services.

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

Generate leads through cold calling, customer follow-ups, and regular communication.

Share product details, pricing, availability, and order-related information with customers.

Maintain accurate customer databases, call logs, and daily activity reports.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion, follow-ups, and deal closures.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.

Follow up with potential customers to identify business opportunities.

Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, telesales, or sales coordination.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Basic understanding of lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up processes.

Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications is preferred.

A positive attitude with a customer-centric and target-oriented approach.
