Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madurai for a Tele Sales Executive. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to promote and sell health care services and products. Day-to-day tasks include making cold calls, following up on leads, providing detailed information about services, and maintaining a customer database. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to meet sales targets and reporting on call outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to sell products and services over the phone
• Experience in telemarketing or sales
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• HINDI Language is required
