Salary (Net Take Home - NTH): 21,000 / month + attractive performance incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Whitefield. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining insurance solutions, and driving policy sales to achieve targeted sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads to introduce Tata AIGs insurance products and services.

Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and offer suitable general insurance policies (Motor, Health, Travel, etc.).

Sales Closure: Handle customer queries, overcome objections, explain policy terms clearly, and successfully close policy sales.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate logs of calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to convert queries into completed transactions.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.).

Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on experience in tele sales, telesales execution, outbound calling, or inside sales.

Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi).

Sales Orientation: Driven by targets with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred.
