Role & responsibilities
Daily responsibilities
40 valid calls per day (each lasting at least 1 minute).
Daily review: select calls/chats, identify strengths and weaknesses, maintain strengths, and improve shortcomings.
Weekly: 3 players with deposits on 2 days (new employees: 2 players in the 3rd and 4th weeks).
Preferred candidate profile
Indian Pakistani and Bangladeshi who already have experince in calling legit gaming industry
Perks and benefits
Basic salary (INR)
30,000 + 3,000 attendance bonus
Monthly target: 5 valid players. Commission of 6,000 for each additional player.
5 valid players after 60 days of employment.
Regular monthly target starts from the 3rd month of employment.
Example: 10 valid players in a month (10 5) 6,000 = 30,000.
