About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a sales-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell Roomindo, our hostel and PG management software. The candidate will be responsible for converting incoming leads and potential prospects into customers through effective sales calls, product presentations, negotiation, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact incoming leads and prospective customers to promote Roomindo.
- Explain the softwares features, benefits, and pricing to hostel and PG owners.
- Understand customer needs and demonstrate how Roomindo can support their business.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through phone-based sales.
- Handle objections, negotiate with prospects, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with interested leads to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update lead status in the system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to persuade customers and close sales over the phone.
- Customer-focused attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or software sales is an added advantage.
