Job Description

• Handle inbound, outbound, and renewal calls.
• Resolve customer queries and assist with insurance quotations, payments, and policy issuance.
• Call existing and potential customers to promote insurance products.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Hindi-speaking candidates are welcome.
• English proficiency is not mandatory.
• Good communication skills and an interest in telesales.
