Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales for general insurance products.
• Explain insurance products such as Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and other general insurance policies.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide accurate product information.
• Handle customer queries regarding policy features, premiums, and coverage.
• Maintain customer records and update lead details in the CRM system.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or 12th pass candidates can be considered, depending on company requirements.
• Experience in tele sales, telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Banking, or BFSI sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated candidates.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in sales may also apply.
