Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

- Call and qualify inbound and outbound leads for accounting, GST, tax and payroll services

- Explain service packages and pricing, and handle objections

- Follow up on leads, book consultations and close sales

- Keep CRM records updated and achieve monthly targets

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (B2B or services preferred)

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)

- Comfortable with targets and high call volumes

- Basic knowledge of GST, accounting or compliance services is a plus
