Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are an Australian company providing solar and electricity-saving solutions to residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Agent to join our India-based team based in Gurgaon and handle Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Australian customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar and electricity-saving solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Follow the companys sales process and approved calling scripts.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO/Tele-sales, preferably in an outbound sales process.
• Experience handling Australian customers will be an advantage.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive and target-oriented approach.
• Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM and calling systems.
• Experience in Solar, Energy, Electricity, Telecom or Utility sales will be an advantage.
