Job Requirements - Tele-Sales Executive
Candidate should have good communication and convincing skills with a customer-focused and sales-oriented approach. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound outbound calls, lead follow-ups, healthcare product/service explanation, customer counselling and sales conversion. Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel handling should be there. Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply, but prior experience in Tele-Sales, Telecalling, Healthcare, Customer Support or Sales will be an added advantage. Candidate should be comfortable with daily calling targets, regular follow-ups and performance-based work.
