Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Contact B2B leads provided by the company through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand the leads requirements, business needs, and purchasing potential.

• Present the companys products, pricing, offers, and commercial terms effectively.

• Convert assigned leads into confirmed sales/order.

• Conduct regular and systematic follow-ups with interested, pending, and inactive leads.

• Follow up on quotations, product enquiries, samples, negotiations, and pending order confirmations.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within the guidelines provided by the company.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/conversion targets.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing B2B customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, customer responses, and sales conversions in the CRM/tracking system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, payments, dispatch, and customer requirements.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments or order-related requirements when required.

• Ensure that no assigned lead is missed and every lead receives timely follow-up until it is converted, closed, or marked inactive.

Important:Lead generation is not part of this role. The company will provide the leads. The primary responsibility of the Telesales Executive is to contact, follow up, nurture, and convert the assigned leads into sales.
