Job Role

Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, understand their requirements, and explain suitable insurance products and plans.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th
• Kannada is mandatory
• Good communication skills in Kannada & English
• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with Telesales / Sales experience are preferred
• Insurance sales experience will be an added advantage

Salary & Incentives

• Freshers: Up to 25,000 CTC candidates with excellent communication skills
• Experienced Sales Candidates: Up to 30,000 CTC
• Unlimited Incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
• Explain insurance products, benefits, and plans
• Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups
• Achieve assigned sales targets
