Telesales & Telecollection Executive Hindi Voice Process

Our BFSI Client is hiring Telesales & Telecollection Executives for its Hindi Voice Process at Spencer Plaza, Anna Salai, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products/services.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Call customers regarding pending/overdue payments and follow up for collections.
• Handle customer queries, objections and payment-related concerns professionally.
• Follow up regularly with customers and maintain accurate call/customer records.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/collection targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Hindi and Basic English communication is mandatory.
• Native Hindi speakers / candidates with Hindi as their mother tongue are preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a target-driven environment.
• Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.
• Experience in Telesales, Telecollection, Telecalling, BPO, BFSI or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
