Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and convert leads into policy sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommended suitable insurance products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and coverage effectively.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a great customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience ( Outbound preferred )
• Strong communication and convincing skills.

Work Details & Benefits:

Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM / 5 Days Working

Salary: 3.79 CTC + Monthly unlimited incentives

Work Location:- Vashi, Navi Mumbai
