Tele Sales Executive

Sales Conversion

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed memberships.

Outbound Calling

• Make daily outbound calls to allocated leads.
• Introduce Karma Group and its membership offerings professionally.
• Understand the customer's travel preferences, family requirements and holiday plans.
• Identify genuine sales opportunities and qualify prospects.

2. Build Rapport & Customer Relationship

• Create a friendly and professional connection with every customer.
• Establish trust before presenting the membership.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

3. Product & Membership Presentation

• Clearly explain Karma Group's membership benefits, destinations and experiences.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Candidates who can speak multiple Indian languages will have an added advantage
• Previous experience in Telesales, Sales, Telecalling, Hospitality, Travel, BPO or Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
• Motivated by incentives, bonuses and higher earning potential
• Excellent rapport-building and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Good listening, convincing and objection-handling skills
• Energetic, confident and positive attitude
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
• Competitive attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
• Candidates willing to work in Goa and relocate, where applicable
