Real Estate Sales Telecaller

Project: Richmond Park Residences
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Position: Sales Telecaller
Department: Sales & Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: 10,000 - 20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Project

Richmond Park Residences is a premium high-rise residential project in Ranchi, offering an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals to be part of a premium real estate sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for Richmond Park Residences.
• Explain project features, specifications, amenities, location, pricing and payment plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apartments.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
• Assist customers during site visits whenever required.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and site visits in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and site team for lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits and bookings.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Participate in promotional activities and local marketing activities when required.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• 12th Pass / Graduate; graduation will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Experience in real estate sales/telecalling will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable with sales targets and regular follow-ups.
• Candidates having their own Scooty/Two-Wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel and CRM software preferred.

Salary & Incentives

10,000 -20,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and interview performance.
In addition to salary, attractive sales incentives will be provided based on site visits, bookings and sales performance.
