Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
• Attend inbound/outbound customer inquiries and provide information about real estate projects.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Generate quality leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or lead management systems.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1- 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service (real estate will be preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
