Tele Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to promote healthcare services.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
• Strong knowledge of ayurveda, herbal, homeopathy, nutrition, nutraceuticals, wellness concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for effective telecalling and negotiation.
