Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Explain products/services and generate interest.
• Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Handle inbound/outbound calling processes as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Basic Hindi/Gujarati communication required.
• Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of mobile/computer usage.
• Fresher candidates can apply.
