Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for Insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms clearly to customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and maintain conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance / Telesales is manadatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
