Key Responsibilities

• Make calls and guide users through the mobile application.
• Assist users with registration, login, navigation, and application processes.
• Resolve basic app-related queries and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Follow up with users and maintain call records.

Requirements

• Fluent in English & Hindi – mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications.
• Patient and confident while assisting users over calls.
• Telecalling/customer support experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
