Tele Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to sell insurance products
•   Achieve high sales targets (crore-level targets)
•   Use CRM tools, scripts, and databases effectively 
•   Meet/exceed call center KPIs and metrics
•   Provide consistent and high-quality customer service 
•   Participate in training and learning programs
•   Follow company policies and procedures
  

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
• Strong knowledge of Hindi language and English (written & spoken).
• Proven track record in inside sales or outbound sales with a focus on domestic market.
