Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to electrical dealers, wholesalers, distributors and prospective customers.
• Introduce Austro Pipes' PVC electrical conduit pipes, fittings and other products.
• Generate enquiries, share product details and coordinate quotations.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and new customers for conversions.
• Maintain daily calling records, customer information and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into orders.
• Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Telugu; basic English preferred.
• Confident in cold calling, customer follow-ups and objection handling.
• Experience in B2B sales, electrical products, building materials or hardware preferred.
• Basic computer, Excel and CRM knowledge.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
• Candidates residing within 510 km of Cherlapally/Mallapur preferred.
• Must be comfortable working full-time from our factory office.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
