Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant property offerings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer and lead details in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Tele Sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Basic knowledge of real estate processes and CRM/system handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
