We are hiring Telesales Executives for Personal Loan Sales in Gurgaon/Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
• Convert leads into applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with customers for documentation and loan processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 4 years of experience in Personal Loan / Loan / Credit Card Telesales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales approach.
• Candidates from Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services are preferred.
• Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram.
