Tele Sales Executive (Female)

• We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our office in Sector 49, Gurgaon.
• The role involves handling calls with customers, generating business leads and maintaining accurate records.
• This is a tele sales role with data entry responsibilities.

Position Details

• Tele Sales Executive (Tele Caller with Data Entry responsibilities)
• Work Days: 6 days a week
• Experience: 1-2 years in tele sales or tele calling. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
• Gender Preference: Female candidates
• Languages: Good fluency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
• Engage with customers and generate business leads.
• Persuasively communicate product and service details and convert enquiries into sales.
• Handle customer objections effectively.
• Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and call logs.

Requirements

• Residing in Gurgaon and able to commute to Sector 49 easily.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills for data entry.
• Available to join immediately.
