About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telesales Consultant to join the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, premium and terms clearly.

Generate leads and convert them into insurance sales.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer queries related to insurance products and policies.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions in CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and other customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales / sales / insurance sales / BFSI sales or Freshers interested in Telesales.

Experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, Banking or Financial Services will be preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi communication is required; basic English communication is preferred.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Graduation will be preferred.
