Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller & Front Desk / Showroom Coordinator to handle Karnataka sales leads, customer follow-ups and showroom front-desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, website, marketing and showroom walk-ins.
• Make outbound calls, understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Follow up with leads, quotations and enquiries regularly.
• Schedule showroom visits and site visits for the sales team.
• Update lead status, follow-ups and customer details in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with CSMs and ensure leads are properly handed over and followed up.
• Attend and welcome showroom visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and direct customers to the concerned team member.
• Maintain showroom visitor records, appointments and basic front-desk administration.
• Ensure brochures, catalogues and other showroom collaterals are available and organized.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly lead and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in English & Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and CRM.
• Presentable, organized and customer-friendly.
• Able to handle both telecalling and front-desk responsibilities.
• Experience in telecalling, front office, sales coordination or interiors/building materials is preferred.

03 years Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
