Tele Sales and Sales Coordination Executive

Role & responsibilities

Tele Sales and Customer Calling, India Mart and Online Inquiry Management, Understanding Client Requirement for Chemicals, Tile Adhesives, Grouts, Waterproofing Chemicals and Membranes, Cementitious Grouts, etc. , Quotation and Price Submission, Order follow up and PO/ Confirmation, Payment Coordination, Warehouse dispatch and Stock Inventory Management and Forecast, Updating Sales and Calling Reports

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of Relevant experience in Tele Calling and Sales in Construction Chemicals and Building Material Industry.

Having Effective Communication Skills and ability to efficiently operate Excel, Word, PPT.

Making Timely communication for Quotations via Email, Phone Calls or Whatsapp.

Candidate should be proactive, persistent and organized. Supporting Team members to achieve required sales and warehouse dispatches.
