Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic MBA/PGDM candidates to join our Motor Insurance Agency Channel. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in Sales, Business Development and Channel Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and on-board new insurance advisors/agents.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and channel partners.
• Drive Motor Insurance business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Activate and improve advisor productivity.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Support advisors with product knowledge and sales processes.
• Track business performance and maintain basic MIS.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals and servicing.

Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM freshers with a strong interest in Sales & Business Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong learning ability and target-oriented approach.
• Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel/undertake field visits.
• Knowledge of the local Karnataka market will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
