Tele Marketing Executive

Arthamandapam runs paid knowledge-based events, seminars and training camps. This role converts warm, interest-declared leads into paid ticket sales through consultative telephone conversations this is a real-conversation sales role, not a script-reading job.

Key Responsibilities

• Call inbound and campaign-generated leads who have shown interest in our knowledge events and training camps.
• Profile each prospect background, occupation, goals, and the specific gap the event addresses.
• Position the event as the solution and build genuine motivation to enrol.
• Close the ticket sale, guide the prospect through payment, and confirm booking.
• Follow up systematically on undecided leads until closure or clear rejection.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead-stage updates and daily CRM reporting.
• Achieve assigned daily call volume and monthly ticket-revenue targets.

Required Technical Skills & Mandatory Experience

• 3+ years continuous tele-sales with a demonstrable closing record — not customer support, not collections, not appointment-setting alone.
• Proven consultative, needs-discovery calling ability (not fixed-script reading).
• Hands-on CRM / lead-tracking tool usage.
• Fluent, confident, persuasive Tamil communication.
• Comfortable working to daily call and monthly revenue targets.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience selling edutech/knowledge products (BYJU'S, Unacademy, Vedantu, upGrad, Simplilearn or similar).
• Experience selling event tickets, seminars, workshops or training programmes.
• Exposure to high-ticket (5,000+) consumer sales.
