Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and engage prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales team.
• Re-engage inactive leads and nurture prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned site visit target

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers and professionals with 03 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.
