Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for residential projects.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, and location to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper records.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Work towards achieving lead generation and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or real estate is preferred.
• Residential real estate experience will be an added advantage.
• Target-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
