Tele Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide tele counselling services to students seeking admission into various courses offered by our institution.
  
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns regarding course details, eligibility criteria, application procedures, etc.
  
• Offer personalized guidance on program selection based on student's academic background, interests, and career goals.
  
• Facilitate smooth admission process by providing timely updates on application status and follow-ups with relevant departments.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Admission Counselling or related field (Tele Calling/Telesales).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word) for documentation purposes.
