Tele Counsellor

We are hiring Tele-Counsellor EdTech for a Leading IT Training & Education Organization

Location: Thane

Education: Any graduate

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month

Work Mode: Work From Office

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with sales/admission goals.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student enquiries and leads through calls.
• Explain IT courses, training programs and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and encourage centre visits.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
